Domestic Shipping:

We ship across the United States.

All custom jackets are made to order. Production time is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.

Once completed, orders are shipped via standard or express shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for exceptions or future updates.

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays, supply chain issues).

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Customized Jackets:

Due to the personalized nature of custom varsity jackets, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Customized Jackets:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on non-customized jackets within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
